Reports To: Head of Networking & Infrastructure
Role Summary
The Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, supporting, improving, and documenting the organization’s technology platforms, business systems, and infrastructure. The role serves as the bridge between business operations and technical implementation, ensuring that applications, integrations, cloud environments, and internal processes operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements.
- Support enterprise applications and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues.
- Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Support user acceptance testing and release validation.
- Review system performance and recommend improvements.
- Monitor logs, permissions, and operational risks.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and product teams.
- Assist with governance, compliance, and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and business systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS or cloud environments.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, networking fundamentals, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with business process analysis and technical documentation.
