Role Summary
The Social Media Officer is responsible for planning, creating, editing, publishing, and monitoring engaging digital content across the organization’s social media platforms while supporting product marketing, public engagement, recruitment campaigns, and brand awareness through consistent, high-quality content production and community management.
Key Responsibilities

Create and publish engaging social media content.

Produce short-form videos, reels, graphics, and promotional materials.

Maintain content calendars and posting schedules.

Monitor community engagement and audience interactions.

Support campaigns, product launches, and organizational communications.

Track analytics and prepare performance reports.

Ensure all content aligns with TouchStar branding standards.
Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related discipline.

Experience managing business social media platforms.

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.

Photography and videography experience is an asset.
